Carburetors are disassembled and cleaned with 4 stage cleaning process.
Mating surfaces trued and validated on a certified granite inspection plate.
Hardware refinished and plated in Cadmium, as original.
New throttle plates machined in house.
Throttle bodies refinished as original, not painted.
Jets cleaned and blueprinted.
Floats checked and cleaned.
Gaskets, o-rings, mixture screws, sealing washers and needle valve replaced with new.
All work carried out with modern industrial machine tools.
Carburetors are setup and engine tested prior to shipping.
